A district court's reversal of a bankruptcy court's grant of a motion to stay a contract and patent action, involving artificial-wood door manufacturing against a reorganized debtor, is affirmed where the definition of post-confirmation recoverable administrative-expense claims in the debtor's reorganization plan covered plaintiff's claims.

Paymaster Techs., Inc. v. US (05/04/06 - No. 05-5025, 05-5029)

A final judgment of liability and damages against the government for its use of a patented invention relating to form sets used with an apparatus for imprinting money orders is affirmed in part as to rulings on the use of the invention and as to the royalty rate in the damages judgment, and vacated and remanded as to the royalty base in the damages judgment.
